our suppliers

We work directly with producers wherever possible, people who are passionate about how they care for their vineyards or livestock and the end product on the table.

We have been building relationships in wine for six years now, and are privileged to cherry pick our favourites from eleven suppliers. We work with the likes of natural wine pioneers such as Les Caves de Pyrenne to smaller importers such as Wrights Wines, Modal and Portuguese Story who offer independent low intervention winemakers a route to market.

You can drink locally and be a taste tourist with local wines such as Kentish sparkling from Westwell Wines, spirits from Pleasant Land in Dover, and local beers from the likes of Time & Tide from Deal and Floc from Canterbury.

For our farmhouse cheeses, when not working direct with the diaries we work with the likes of Neals Yard and Mons, the finest French cheese affineurs!

We work seasonally where possible, whether thats foraging, working with local heroes Kent Fresh or heading to Brogdale, The National Fruit Archive to make our fruit syrups for our seasonal cocktails.
