Our cocktail menu showcases the best of what’s in season, local produce, herbs grown on our roof garden or spirits that excite us.

We have a full back bar, with a glorious amount of whiskies and sipping rums. We endeavour to do the classics wherever possible, but the most important thing is, anything we do we want to do it well.
